Oak Grove Organic Farm

The ranch is a fourth-generation cow/calf operation. Kristi's father Bill Atwood worked to grow the ranch during the 1970's in the community of Murray, Texas. This beef is produced on the ranch in Young and Taylor County. We work to bring a quality product being raised on grass before entering the grain feeding program to fatten the calves for sale to the retail market. The only phase we do not participate directly in is the processing of the beef. All beef provided is processed in a USDA inspected processing plant. Below is a list of the currently available cuts. The quantity available will change daily as the supply is limited to the number of animals available to be processed. Individual care is taken throughout the feeding period to ensure the animals are well cared for daily.
